Dr. Duduzile Nkomo is presently a Special and Inclusive Education lecturer in the Department of Special Education, Psychology and Guidance and Counselling at BAISAGO University, Gaborone Campus, Botswana. She holds a Doctor of Education Degree, specializing in Special and Inclusive Education, Master of Science in Special Needs Education Degree, Bachelor of Science in Special Needs Education and a Diploma in Education. She has notable experience of teaching in; mainstream schools, special schools, colleges of teacher education and a Distance Education University.

She has also worked as the head of department of Schools’ Psychological Services/Special Needs Education in Bubi District, Matabeleland North Province, Zimbabwe. Her research interests include Special Needs Education, Inclusive Education, Disability Studies, Remedial Education, Counselling Issues and Disability, Empowerment of vulnerable groups, Early Childhood Development, Curriculum studies, Educational Psychology and Distance Learning.
