Dr. E. A. Isah obtained the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in 1982 from the defunct College of Education, Abraka where he studied Geography and Economics before proceeding to the prestigious Department of Educational Management of the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. He obtained a B.Ed in Educational Management with Economics as a teaching option and later, a Master’s degree in Educational Management with specialization in Educational Management Information Systems (EMIS). His Doctorate was in Educational Planning and Policy Analysis with EMIS as area of concentration and interest.

Dr. Isah further obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) in 2007. He teaches Educational Planning and EMIS at all levels in the Department of Educational Management of the University of Ibadan where he currently teaches. His research interest includes research methods, Management Information Systems in Education and conferencing. Hobbies include; adventures, travelling, conferencing, networking and teamwork. He has considerable levels of publications both local and international Journals. He is happily married with children.
