Associate Prof Esther Ileuma is the head of department of Arts and social science education in the Faculty of Education, Lead City University, Ibadan,  Oyo State,  Nigeria and associate professor of educational management. She has taught in both pre-tertiary and tertiary institutions over 30 years.

She is a recipient of many awards from various sectors. She is recipient of Faculty of Education Award of Excellence 2012-2019, Fellow: Global Education Network (FGEN) 2015. Her research interests include; Educational Management, Educational planning/policy, Educational Administration,  and Supervision.
