Dr. Olugbenga Timothy Ajadi has served as a teacher for 32 years (1990 to 2022) at secondary and university levels of education. He has adequate exposure in open and distance and conventional universities. He was a Foundation Course Coordinator of Educational Administration and Planning at the National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos before joining the services of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria as a Lecturer. His university level work experience covers a period of 16 years.

Dr. Ajadi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is the General Secretary of the Global Education Network, Secretary and Anti-money Laundering Officer of Education Dialogue Association. His research interest include: Educational management, Open and Distance learning, Higher Education and Education Research. He has over 60 publications in reputable national and international journals to his credit. He has attended 25 conferences within and outside Nigeria. He is the General Secretary of the Global Education Network. Dr. Ajadi has impeccable and distinguished character. He is generous, team player and loving but never compromise quality.
