Dr. Olugbenga Timothy Ajadi attended Methodist Primary School and Oranmiyan Grammar School, Ile-Ife. He had a National Certificate in Education (NCE) from Oyo State College of Education (Now Osun State College of Education), Ila-Orangun, B.Sc(Ed) from Ogun State University (Now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, M.Ed and PhD from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His research interests are Educational Policy and Planning, Open and Distance Learning and Quality Assurance.

Dr. Ajadi is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Commonwealth Council on Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) Nigeria Chapter and the General Secretary of the Global Education Network GEN). He has participated in both local, national and international conferences in Open and Distance Learning, Quality Assurance in Open and Distance Learning, Research Methodology and Educational Planning. He has a number of scholarly publications in reputable local and international outlets. Dr. Ajadi is happily married with children.
