Dr. Ajadi has over 20 years of teaching experience in the Open and Distance as well as conventional Universities.  He has over 60 publications to his credit in both local and foreign (indexed) journals.  He has attended and presented papers in both local and international workshops and conferences in Open and Distance Learning, Quality Assurance in Open and Distance Learning, Research Methodology and Educational Policy and Planning.

He is a member of: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria; the Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning and the Commonwealth Council on Educational Administration.  He is the General Secretary of Global Education Network.
